SHIPPING & DELIVERY

MAISON VARELYA currently offers delivery for the nine products in this collection to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO destinations are not currently included.

FREE TRACKED SHIPPING

Free tracked shipping is available for these nine products, with no order minimum. The applicable shipping option is displayed at checkout before payment. If no shipping option appears for an address, we cannot accept the order for that destination.

PROCESSING AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT

Order review and processing take place before carrier pickup. Estimated transit is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking details are sent after dispatch when available.

CARRIERS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Eligible services may use UPS, FedEx or USPS. Furniture sets can arrive in several cartons, sometimes on different days, and may include multiple tracking numbers.

DELIVERY ACCESS

Before ordering, check the product dimensions and delivery access through doors, hallways, stairs, elevators, gates and parking areas. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, delivery does not include room-of-choice placement, assembly or packaging removal.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer care immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after processing has started.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Inspect the visible condition of the cartons and product at delivery. If damage, missing cartons or an incorrect item is found, keep all packaging, take clear photographs and contact us promptly at customer.support@maisonvarelya.com.
